In 1991, my Dad left his corporate engineer life to put his blood, sweat, & tears into creating the Legacy of North End Properties, which will live on through his 3 daughters & 6 grandchildren!

Carrying on my parents’ legacy, my name is Norri Oberlander & I am the President of North End Properties.

Here is my story…

I was raised by my New Yorker parents, my father taught me to be a strong-minded businesswoman and my mother taught me empathy, emotional intelligence, and living every day to its fullest!

I am the wife of a business teacher and the mother of two amazing kids & a happy dog. I am an active Property Owner in Downtown Manchester and I am a proactive Landlady for my tenants!

I am passionate about Downtown Manchester, because Downtown is the economic engine & heart of Manchester, NH!

Born & Raised

Born and raised in NH, I graduated from Manchester West High, then I attended college in New York, because my parents raised me with a “NY Mentality.” In New York, I met my husband and landed my dream job as an Event Planner & life was great, but I felt something was missing…

I missed the NH foliage, I missed the friendly New Hampshire atmosphere, & I missed driving without traffic, but most of all I missed my family & wondered
where I would eventually land…

I finally realized that NH offered “down to earth” living,
the best value in real estate, and a balance of a peaceful country life balanced with an
urban playground in Manchester!

Therefore, I decided to boomerang back to New Hampshire to raise my family & it’s the best decision I ever made!
